Thing is found guilty of pissing in the entire countries supply of milk . Mr T hops in his van and arrives at the baxter building seconds later ( His van is fast sucka ! ) . Mr T is pissed like anything and helluva tough , he wants to throw thing into the stratosphere, can he do it ?
