unfortunatly the pics dont always work, so if i get the time and motivation in the future i may try and redo this better

This guy is pretty cool. What's his story? Is this from the Onslaught period?

He is cool. Phil Urich is Ben Urich's nephew, he was interning at the Bugle and helping his uncle on assignments. When Ben was investigating some old Osborne warehouses, Phil stumbled across the gear, got doused in some Goblin ooze stuff which allowed him to use the gear via a cybernetic interface--and kept him from going insane like the other goblins.

His series ran for around 13 issues, I think. At the end he lost all of his stuff when he stopped a rogue Sentinel in the streets which had been unleashed by Onslaught.

Phil showed up again in the pages of Runaways recently when the new series started. He's the leader of Excelsior. No Goblin gear, but he organizes it and pilots their craft since it's based on the same system he used to pilot the glider.
