I think Maul and Fisto could be a long battle. Fisto, according to EU, is pretty vicious and at least on par with AOTC Obi-Wan. As for Mace versus Dooku, I see this as a good fight, but with Dooku prevailing.

I like Mace, but it just turns out that all the scenarios that he is put in, I think he will win. I don't just say that he will win. I think about a lot of things first.

Maul takes out Kit, Mace takes Kit before Dooku takes out Maul then Maul and Mace pwn Dooku.

He has also stated that only Mace and Yoda can compete with Sidious in a duel. Not Dooku. Dooku is an 8 in lightsaber combat, Mace a 9. Dooku uses Makashi, but Mace uses Vaapad. And, as said before, mace would beat Anakin.
