Is Metropolis near the ocean? If so then Arthur wins, if not then Vision wins.

Khellendros Sin in Pants

Vision wins no matter how close the ocean is. Solar beam will burn the hell out of AM, phasing means he won't take a hit and being an android means no TP attacks.

can arthur's magic hand hit intangible vision? i don't think vihz is immune to tp assaults. cassandra took out all the avengers with a tp blast.

if vihz IS susceptible to tp assault, i see no reason why arthur can't win.

AM's telepathy works by attacking the part of someone's brain that is related to the fish they evolved from or some sh*t like that. That isn't applicable to Vision, being an android.
