Respect Juggernaut

Started by outarddwarf34 pages

saw the movie twice the way they took out the juggernaut angered me almost as much as a few other things i wouldn't explain for fear of spoiling. At least he was never stabbed by wolverine. Great special effects.

Yeah but when he punched Wolverine, Wolvie should have flied back to the X-Mansion.

I don't find this extensive or informative enough.

Wheres your other scans?

Check out the Spawn Respect Thread, its SO much more informative.

My opinion of Juggy hasn't changed so much. I mean he LOOKS cool, but i still think of his as a mindless blockhead. "I SMASH !"

let me get this straight you have come in this thread to bash it and say that the Spawn respect thread is so much better.
I hate to tell you this but that is the difference between a character who has had their own comic for how many years compared a person who just recently in a depowered form has become a mainstay in a comicbook as member of a team.
Yeah I mean there should be pages upon pages upon pages of nothing but scans right. 😛

Yeah, but no one can say they weren't expecting Wolverine to stab Juggs during that fight scene.

You guys have me confused. Now I saw the movie and all, but did Wolverine stab Juggy? I didn't see it and if he did it didn't hurt him any cause Juggy kicked his @ss.

He didn't stab Juggernaut. But during that whole scene I just kept expecting to see Wolverine stab him (this would have been very possible, considering the movie didn't follow the comics exactly). I can't be alone on that.

someone outright said that he would though and i was worried but he never did get stabbed

I thought it was funny how he was taken out. Never saw that before in the comic. The audience around me certainly laughed. 😂

Hello everyone, I have just recently joined this message board. Like others I will also say thinks for an amazing topic. Over the past year or more Juggernaut has quickly become one of my favorite characters. I have recently been looking for all the comics he is in.

I was wondering did Juggernaut become stronger on the 8th day and even stronger as the Trion Juggernaut? One place I have read he did just that. Another someone said 8th Day is just a brainwashed Juggernaut, who didn't get any stronger. Trion is Cyttarack(sp?) possessed Juggernaut. Could someone clear me up on this?

I will probably have more questions in the future.

8th Day is just cain Marko more focused and calling upon more of his power something he can do anytime but hardly ever does.
Trio is Cain being possessed and was tearing through the fabric of reality allowing to tear through deminsions.

has namor ever had a fight with juggernaut?

who would win? consider ultimate universe counterparts aswell

if we talk classic juggernaut it is automatically him. Namor wouldn't be able to do anything except stay just out of his reach by flight and that is it. Current it would be a slobber-knocker! Namor zipping in and punching juggernaut three or four time with the juggernaut barely ever hitting more than a knick. It could go either way because namor is faster than the juggernaut still takes quite a beating. Still if juggernaut ever grappled him (which he has shown to be good at grappleing fast people when they attack) he would take the bout. It would be close. Don't ask me about ultimate...

Hey, in juggernauts first appearence it says something about haveing enhanced reflexes.

After reading that Cyttorak's power is limitless, I've got a theory that Jugs just might have unlimited strength.

Think about it, has he ever had any trouble lifting anything?

Jug can call upon cyttorak to give him limitless pulling/push strength, he does so often, so it calls to reason that he could call on that same power to lift something.

Basically, whenever jugs starts walking, nothing can stop him, so probably whenever jugs starts to lift something, nothing is too heavy.

All he'd have to do is use his power slightly differently.

Exactly! I wish more people would understand this. Juggernaut's strength is just as limitless as the word implies.

ive thought that the whole time

The guy needs more strength feats. Otherwise, his power just seems to be unstoppability.
