Respect Juggernaut

Apparently, Juggs can not only sense [via his helmet] when psychic-esque powers are being used on him - but in some cases, he can also figure out who said psychic is, just by how their power "feels":

This ability is what had made Juggs aware [for days] that Charles was coming to find him.

I guess he would have to have already encountered said psychic to know. A few posts up someone posted a scan from XM:L #211 where and amped Sinister was trying to enter his mind. Juggernaut didn't know who it was.

Maybe each psychic has their own signature so to speak.

I just posted the important ones. Carey pretty much did his best to retcon the Imposternaut days. He seemingly retconned the X-Men forever story as well.

Yeah it was a little funny to see the scenes of him just sitting on a rock in space for a year, or being in cement for six months. It makes you wonder exactly what he was thinking during those times. Anyone else notice the one misspelling in the issue?

Also Knows and Jak, what did yall think about Cain's sudden desire to kill Charles again? I know it was a dream but wasn't it supposed to be a whole "This is what would've happened if I went there?" I just don't think that it was very realistic for him to be so bloodlusted for his brother at the moment.

I think it has alot to do with the power. In his bio it states that Cyttoraks power drives the person to do evil things. Cain is already a sociopath so it would be exaggerated. In his Imposternaut days he didn't have the influence so he could keep that tendency in check.

Now that it's absolutely confirmed he's back to full power, the desire to end his half-brothers life is stronger than ever.

Yeah but is that supposed to be because the avatar forgets everything like they were like the other ones did? I remember them saying that Cain kept his personality and stuff because he activated the gem early or something like that. I still don't see why he wants to kill him again. You can be the avatar without trying to kill him. I would have no problem if he slowly turned back on him but the last time we saw them together they were cool and now its like "I hate you and I want to kill you!"

I also don't like that little threat X gave at the end. I don't want anything bad happening to Cain at the moment.

I gotta say I was disappointed with the issue. It didn't really show much and the art wasn't that great. At times it seemed Cains face was as big as a normal persons chest. The worst part is that we probably won't see Juggernaut again until after March.

When ever Marvel puts a new month out on there catalogue site, I hit Ctrl F and search for "Juggernaut" or "jug" if I'm lazy. And all the way through March there isn't a single appearance outside of a large graphic novel with old issue in it. I could be wrong, but when ever he is in an issue and is doing something for more than a few pages his name appears in the description. Also, it could be longer past March. Sense he isn't a good guy anymore and is back to being a power house, he can't be put in too many stories because of that power set. Back in his classic days I don't think he had many appearances often.

But there may be an updated bio on the 24th.

In some ways it was kinda sad to see all those years of people trying to add emtional depth to Juggernaut flushed away in one comic, but I'm not completely surprised by it.

Cain has always hated his brother. Only recently has he been trying to deal with them so it makes sense for all those emotions and desires to come rumbling back very quickly.

Not to mention we all know that Juggernaut power comes with its own personal devil on the shoulder deal trying to make Cain do all the twisted things going on in his mind.

Anyone know which issue this is from? I don't recognize it and I thought I had all of Ultimate Juggernauts appearances.

The last time we saw them together, Juggernaut told Xavier and the x-men not to follow him, cause they wouldnt like what they would find." It was in the World War Hulk X-men.
I just love how this ret-conned another mini appearance of the juggernaut, also in a bar (they love to put him in that setting) where he was at full power but trying to get some locals he was holding hostage to help him decide to be good or bad. ANd in the end he walked outside, said he was "good" but since the police didnt listen he wrecked them. It sounded at that time like he was good... But apparently diffrent bars promote diffrent reactions from him...

I just got that handbook in the mail today. According to that Juggy is back to full power.

If you can't scan it, could you take pics of Juggernauts bio? If not thats okay.

Here's a crappy pic of the last page of it. Now I'm having photo software editing issues. But you can still read it.

Thank you for posting this!

This part is very interesting;

Once he gains momentum, virtually no force on Earth can sto him. Obstacles such as tons of rock or the force of a plasma cannon may slow him considerable, but NOTHING HAS YET STOPPED HIM FROM ADVANCING WHEN HE IS AT PEAK POWER.

Also this is somewhat interesting;

He can rapidly heal any wounds he incurs.

I already knew this, but I think this is the first time it has been put in a bio by Marvel.

Actually in the 2007 update issue #3 it states this.
