Restricted?

I have seen two members with this under their username, and am curious as to it's meaning. What does it mean? Is the members posts monitered, or are they unable to post as frequently as they did? 🙂

It means they have been banned, either temporarily or permanently, and aren' t able to post anymore.

But still allowed to view the forums, Without Posting Privileges.

Oh okay. I get it now. 🙂
