All the writing on my computer is bigger than normal?

Like the thread names and its not just this site, I think I pushed a button like CTRL or something near that, can someone help me, or at least call me an idiot 🙂

the same thing happened to me on my home computer and I never figured out how to correct it, well i did accidentally correct but never knew how i did it but then it happened again and I never figured how to fix it.
I don't know why it happened anyway.
