Not a render.

As Lana put it:

A render is an image that has already had the background cut out so that it is transparent and is saved as a PNG image.

Is it a JPEG? Does it have a background? Then it's not a render, and it's no good for use.

As has been explained numerous times, and as it says in the rules thread: a render is an image where the background has already been cut out; normally they're saved as PNGs so that the background is transparent.
