Capote

didnt see a thread for this movie.

Just saw it, and I loved it. Phillip Seymour Hoffman was amazing in it.

I love Hoffman, I'm really excited that he's finally getting the recognition he's deserved for so long. I'll be very happy if he whens best actor at the Oscars.

Can't wait to see this movie when it comes out on DVD.

I have a feeling this will be a cult classic for years to come.

Cult classics don't get Oscar nods, much less recognition for being a good movie to begin with. It'll be a shining indie, for sure.

'In Cold Blood' is probably one of my favorite novels of all time. PSH is awesome, I love how he came from some indie movie ('Happieness'😉 to something as mainstream as this.

never saw Happiness, but Im gonna go rent it now.

Happiness is outstanding, both him and Dylan Baker put out top notch performances.

I'd consider Pulp Fiction simply a classic.

Ive always thought PSH was good in all his movies, even the movies that bombed, ...like The Talented Mr Ripley (personally I love that movie, but I know that a lot of people thought it was a waste.)

Almost everyone I know loves the movie. It's a new age classic for a younger generation, that's all.

7 Oscar nominations, and it grossed $213 Million dollars. It's a popular movie, not a cult classic. Not even close.

Check the font used on the movie posters/Covers.

...ignoring the fact Capote wrote (or in those days, typed) "In Cold Blood", it's a pretty common font.
