Advice

Hello just wondering what you guys think of my current sig. Any changes needed????

Kinda hard to see the text. Could use more of a border. The fade out of his face on the left is cool, but it leaks over onto the main image and looks kinda weird....if you can, delete that portion so it looks like the faded one is beneath the other one.

But those are ticky-tack things. It's a nice sig.

Any advice?

Thankz

Thankz for comments, ya I knew something was wrong with the unfaded image thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Took me a second to figure out what it was...not a good sign. Bring out your main images more. Don't let them be so faded. Could use a border and some text too.

And Calvin, yours looks fine to me....I'd help you if I could but I don't see anything glaring.

Advice on my current sig widely accepted thanks.

Background is too plain.

And the bevel/3d effect on the guy on the right just looks weird.

😂 he looks like a biscuit tin

PM ME

Ok Human Smoke when u do just PM me and ill give u my MSN or something like that, Thankz.

Much better intangiblewarri. I really like your sig now.

Thankz

Thankz Digi. LoL it's not hard to get better with people like you around who tell you what your mistakes are and help you fix them. This is a pretty good forum, I think I might be sticking around for more than I thought. Thankz everyone.

How do i put borders round the popping out bit on a pop out sig if you get what i mean.

In GIMP how do I make the animations slower? Thanks for the help.

Add a duplicate layer....it has to run through the same layer twice, thus twice as long for that particular frame. You can then "Optimize for gif" in the filters drop-down to streamline it.

Hello, Just wondering what you guys think of this sig?? Any way to improve.

It actually is quite good. Just more or less the same suggestion I always have - give the background a bit more variety and depth.

Agreed. But what is that thing on the right?
