Is that the Prince or Persia and Kain? They look good, you picked two nice poses and they really fill the sig. On the bad side you happened to pick two games I didn't like. ^^ Oh well still looks nice.About the rough edges on my sig. Both the pictures in the background weren't big enough to fit their areas. So I had to draw a lot lol. If that's what you meant? Examples would be Megamans foot in the main picture and Protoman on the right, some of his helmet and his body/shoulder. So those spots aren't actually the pic at all I added it so it would fit the section. ^^
On opacity are you asking if I used 30% opacity? Or saying I should use 30% opacity? I'll post a copy with 30% opacity.
Does anyone know what I mean?
Okay, more advice on this (I changed the font and made attempted a drop shadow on the text):

Its actually pretty good. Just try and put the guys in the sig more, blend them in, because right now the left picture is kinda standing out too much and that takes from the sig. Because everything else is really good.
I made some changes. Namely the blast actually looks like it's coming from his arm cannon now. Also I added the light effect to where Zero is being shot. It doubles as an eye for the proto man that makes up the entire background layout ^^. Lemme know what you guys think.
I looked all over the place on Photoshop and I don't see a retouch tool. I looked in the menus and I can't even find anything labeled softening.
