De La Soul are legendary. '3 Feet High and Rising' 'De La Soul is Dead' 'Stakes is High' 'The Grind Date' 'AOI: Mosaic Thump'...etc...

De La are an incredible group.

You are not alone.

Definitely not alone. I love them and everyone I know loves them.

Me, Myself, and I is their only song I like.

Stakes Is High = one of my all time fav hip-hop albums

Held Down = my favorite hip-hop song period.

Love em. Never made a bad album.

Even though I've been familiar with their albums for a while now.. I just now actually bought 3 Feet High and Rising a couple weeks ago.

I actually think that's one of their weaker albums. It's got some great stuff on there, but as a whole I don't think it's dated very well. Aside from Stakes Is High (their peak IMO), they've got better with age.

i haven't heard that other AOI album completley yet.
