You post this in reaction to the injustice done to an innocent girl, while simultaneously wishing death to the hundreds of thousands other innocent people that inhabit the middle east. You think she was the last?
The problem in these nations is that the power lays in the hands of a relative small but influencing and wealthy male community, who wield religion and the discriminating rules they attached to it to suppress the common people.
In this the men are treated fairly humane, but women are indeed seen as cattle. But is the total annihilation of these nations the answer as 80% of the inhabitants already resent their dictators but are stripped of all capabilities to stand up against them?
The sad case of this girl is an example in a long and tragic history of them, and demands action by the 'free world', but not through violence. That will only assure them of the idea that their ways are correct.

So what Muslims treated religions equally a few centuary's ago. Didnt stop the west from not doing so. Its an outdated practice by western standards, if it will ever become outdated there remains to be seen, it will take time however. Even if western nations woman are often found lacking in pay compared to man. The difference hasn't dissapeared here either. More so then there, but its not completely gone yet.
