Re: The end of Killing Joke....

Ironic that Gordon always prevents Batman from killing The Joker. He did in the Killing Joke and in Hush. I guess is just symbolic. Gordon represents reason and Joker represents mayhem. Meanwhile Batman is caught between the two.

I liked it... it shocked me... and that's good!

It really shows just how much of a sick f*ck the Joker can be... I mean what he did to the Gordons is terrible, all for the sake of a joke! Now that's truly psychotic, just as he is supposed to be.

indeedy hoo

Batman should just go "Punisher" sometimes, and he wouldn't have these rogues to deal with 24/7. IMO.

I read a really good little bit of a ssection on "Spidey Kicks Butt" that explained why Spidey, or even batman,, would never ever kill...
Something like:
"But why doesnt Peter just kill Notrman and just end it, or batman with the Joker? Because spidey knows that if he kills 1 person he'll kill again and again until he actually is the menace that JJ thinks he is!"
