Assuming Thorpool's hammer has a fraction of the power that Mjolnir has (and that Thorpool knows how to use it), any incarnation of the Hulk should lose, imo.

He actually exists in an issue of Deadppol.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that Devil Hulk hasn't actually done anything in any comic.

IIRC he had a fake copy of Mjolnir (as I don't think Wade is what you would call "worthy" by Asgardian standards)
