You know, I don't see what the problem is, frankly. The cartoon has some shitty points about it yeah, my biggest beef being how incompetent all of the villains are, but I really don't think it's all that bad. The animation is nice and it's cool to see concepts that we thought would always only exist in the books and games be more officially drawn into continuity by being animated. Plus the battles themselves aren't usually all that bad.
So aside from continuity issues, what's the problem? Personally I wouldn't rate the series as any worse than the PT (which basically is my way of saying that I don't think it's great but it's not terrible either).

I never said it was... but the more of the same stuff comes out, the more the OT becomes the minority of the series...
We used to have ANH and ESB which were great... then ROTJ... which was of lesser quality.
Then TPM came out... and we were disappointed... AOTC was promising but in hindsight sucked balls the size of Mars and ROTS kinda gave us another good SW movie.... So it was basically: three good ones, three mediocre ones... The CW series is tipping the scale.
