Ohhhh, the looonnngg threads about this matchup in the past...
Superman has a few edges on Thor, but Thor's edges are more significant. Supes vunerability to magic-based attack (even just physical) and energy absorbtion (through mjolnir) is why Thor should win, if he fights intelligently.

I'm sure this has been done tons of times.

A cookie to whoever finds a better Supes/Thor thread for me or Tron to merge it with.

Thor would win more often than not.
