Ulic, quite obviously. The man came from a better Jedi order and was one hell of a prodigy, given he beat a Jedi in lightsaber combat while blind to the Force.

The Jedi that Ulic defeated was not exactly renowned. I mean Jango fett killed a Jedi, and that still didn't stop him from getting pwned by Mace.

I like Malak a lot, but even I have to admit that Ulic will pwn his ass. He won a lightsaber duel without the force, which is amazing. Jango killing a jedi isn't the same shit, because he isn't in the thick of it. Ulic is right there, being able to block the lightsaber. And if this is a fight where Ulic can use the force, it's over for Malak.
