You were right. 1st good fight I've seen JT in & he gets KTFO. I've gained some respect for him though. He seemed like he was actually going for a KO & not just a boring decision
Taylor is a boxer and if he sticked to that game plan he would have outboxed Palvik, but he got suckered into trading punches in a slugish war. Maybe because of his success in round two, still he got into Pavliks game plan and lost because of it. More crowd pleasing, but not to smart when facing a ko artist like Pavlik though.
Taylor doesnt hide like most champions do, he faced some though opponents and at least he should be credited for that, boring or not, I would love if more champions did what Taylor did, face good challanges to be the real true champion. But Taylor will comeback I have no doubt about that...

I watched this bout on TV the other night and fell asleep a couple of times it was that boring.
Chris Byrd is pathetic anyway, with his lack of power and odd movement . And the Russian chap wasn´t that good either although he hit more often, he won´t last a round against the Klitchko´s
What are these folk doing in the heavyweight devision?
They should be boxing at the fairground imo.
