What are the origins of Eternity and the other abstracts?????

Are they regular sentient being of the previous universe that were chosen by the Phoenix Force to survive and receive godhood????

Are they like Galan of Taa?

here's the best i could find:
Eternity came into existence when the universe was formed and spontaneously assumed the collective consciousness of all things living in the universe. He is the incarnation of time as his sister Infinity represents space. They have two other siblings: Death and Oblivion

I know that but it would make more sense to me if he has been chosen by PF to become a cosmic deity instead of just being the embodiment of something. Some sort of the Galactus way. Don't you guys feel the same way?

Eternity simply is because the universe is, when life formed the universe gained consciousness, that consciousness is Eternity.
