Lobo is a ridicules character. A comic relief character that comes up with outrages feats.
His fart can cause nuclear explosions.
He bio engineered a small insect with a potent, painful, and incurable venom to whip out his home planet.
His strength scales up and down depending on his opponent. (the limit of his strength hasn’t bin revealed .)
He comes up with grenades that effect the nervous system.
His is Immortal.
Dam near completely Invulnerable. (vary contradicting.)
Can take possessions of bodies.
Even if they managed to kill Lobo his spirit will continue to fight.
Regenerates from virtually any form of damage.
Psychic attacks wont work on him
He builds immunity to magic attacks.
Potential build an army of clones (keep in mind they first get attack the command enemy before they start to get rid of themselves.)
But on top off all that………………………….He has genius like intellect when it comes for him to find a way to beat the living snot out of some one.

Don’t forget that people underestimate the craftiness of some of his weapons. Lobo is a sick character, that comes up with some sick weapons.

Near Omnipotent foes.
Omni level foes.
Who would make short works out of any of the heroes you have mentioned.
(But again the way he comes up to kill them are funny which why I like Lobo.)
