Why is hyperion lower then Human torch and vision ?

Never the less he's stopped at batman.

Hyperion is lower because while he is strong, he often loses battles due to his rashness and stupidity

It doesn't matter how rash and stupid he is when facing an opponent who can do absolutely nothing to hurt him .
