Violater(the clown) vs. Cyclops

Violater is attacking some homeless people in NYC and Cyclops see's this and attacks.

all regular powers.

I really don't know what cyclops would do to him concidering he can't die from physcal means.

well if he can figure out a way to chop his head off, but that is harder than it seems.

Violater , his damage soak is pretty high and he can let off a decent length flame breath attack . Although cykes can use a omni directional Optic Blast like he did here....
