yeah. i got to the point where 2 pills wouldnt do anything to me. so I would take 4. 2 is the amount i would take automatically in the morning. 4 is how many i would take if i'd forget to take them, cuz i'd eventually get a headache if i forgot to take the 2 in the morn.
