No, there was talk of ameding the law so that a foreign born person who was a citizen for 20+ years could be elected.

As I remeber, the bill was to go before the senate, but I hadn't heard anything else, anybody got info on that outcome?

Arnold has been a citizen for more than 20 years, in fact, he was interviewed about this new bill and made a joke that the Kennedy's would hate it if he became president.
