Add noise (60)> motion blur (choose the best angle), distance about 30 > ~25 % transparency layer
again same steps but use Noise (61) for frame 2 Noise (62) for frame 3 etc.

Sorry about not meeting the deadline....
I got out of school at 4, my Dad picked me up and took be to the library til 5. I couldn't go on their damn computers cause I didn't have a card. We picked my sister up at 5:30, from play practice, and Then my mom at 5:35 from her school. Because it's Dad's birthday, we went out for dinner and got to the restuarant at 6:45 ( didn't know we were going to to do that. 😕 ). Ate and left at 8:30. I just got home around nine and couldn't get on until now because my parents were hogging the Internet.
I suppose it's too late to ask for an extention, but here's the sig anyways....
