yeah he can take out the xmen sailly as well, he took our mageto without breakin a sweat, mags gives the xmen trouble, wouldent see why he would have problems with the xmen.

What I don't get is that people always judge a fight from powers alone.

Spiderman was already a force to be reckoned with, without his Cosmic-powers. He is the underdog of determination. He is practically Batman with Super powers.

A fight between Cosmic Spidey and Supes would be like a fight between Spiderman and Scorpion. It's true that Scorpion is marginally stronger and more agile, but that didn't stop Spidey from winning all the times he had won.

I'm going for the web head outsmarting Supes. And if he lost the first fight, he'd definately win the second, and third.
