Thor can handle Destroyer pretty well. And if Blue Superman is stronger than regular superman. That means Superman Blue can handle Destroyer as well. He can do it. Become intangible whenever Destroyer blasts him, he can dodge all of Destroyer's attacks cuz hes quicker than him. And Supes can emit a variety of energy blasts.
