She didn't create Cerebra, she created the Mutivac which could find mutants faster then Cerebro, a mind switching gun, a hallucination bracelet and a device to allow Mastermind to trick the Phoenix. When she was with the hellfire club her forte was that kind of stuff, they sort have forgetten about it apart from the odd time when she had to help Beast repair Cerebra, bypassing and finding flaws in psi-equipment and taking over Beasts duties in the Med/Virus lab during Milligans run. IRRC She also designed aids for the Hellions to help regulate their powers I think it was Jetstream who needed it.

I'm also pretty sure she did some stuff in Gen X but It's been a while since I re-read over my issues.
