Doesn't every Scandinavian have like 4 cell phones?
it feels like it.
Norway has the most cell phones per head, we also read the most newspaper in the world per head and we are on top when it comes to PC`s and internet per head, we rent the most video/DVD per head and we are among the most movie going people in the world. (cant beat the yanks there).
To sum it up we seem to be technological hungry, maybe a bit too much, cause the cell phone thing is way out of control.

dificult to say... I'm hoping around 2600, but with the current inteligence rate of those Wallons it can take a LONG time
