Give him a day and a half, he's got it. Give him 10 minutes, we're seeing one dead Batman. Bruce is the man...but he's not gonna be able to -- wait...in 10 minutes he could pull an old armor out of his..cave....that would be able to withstand a lot of power, I'm sure.

Nevermind. If you give Batman the time to get his best armor, he wins. If its "go McGuyver on us Bruce, here's a cardboard box, a paper-clip, a ball of twine and 3 nails. You have ten minutes. Go", then he's out.

Deadshot sucks and Bullseye could kill batman if he truley had to. Bullseye would never assasinate someone of batman's caliber without confronting them first; He needs to feel like he bettered them.
