Punisher w/arsenal vs. Sinister Six

Punisher has an arsenal which contains:
- Spider-Man's web cartridges
- Black Panther's vibranium suit
- Batman's batarangs
- Mandarin's "Flame Blast" ring
-Deathstroke's energy sword

vs.

Sinister Six:

Doc Ock
Electro
KRaven the Hunter
Mysterio
Sandman
Vulture
Hobgoblin
Venom

(Assume the Sinister Six cooperate and work together perfectly)

Punisher takes a beating . He is ether fried by electro or beaten to death by Ocks tentacles.

I'm not sure how exactly will Punisher use spidey's web. It takes a lot of strength to swing.

True , but couldn't he just use it like silly string to entangle various enemies...at least until venom's symbiote eats it .....

There are too many opponents attacking at once. He might be able to take them down individually or two at a time, but as a group they'd win.

Webs can hold only Mysterio and Kraven. Others can just tear it.

The main problem here is that with that vibranium suit punisher is a walking lightning rod, he can be killed by one hit from electro....

Punisher jumps into the fray, is about to say something really cool, when he is crushed by one of Ock's tentacles..................

(Ock's tentacle has made him a smear in the floor.......... )

Doc Ock : Turns Frank into a smear
Electro : Soo obvious I'm not gonna bother explaining
KRaven the Hunter: Frank stands a chance but Kraven is good so 50/50
Mysterio : If his illusions don't work he is screwed but they should work
Sandman : mandarins ring is frank's only hope, sandman 8/10
Vulture : Unless he moves quick, Vulture is a sitting duck to frank
Hobgoblin : Frank gets blown up almost as quick as ock squishes him
Venom : Frank loses soo badly its not even funny
