Super Skrull is pretty much always written as a jobber, written to his full potential he'd be a force to reckon with. Which i think we'll see during Annihilation. But for now, Aquaman wins. Just.

Of course MM is a better telepath than Aquaman. Much better. That doesn't mean Aquaman isn't a great telepath himself though. He still managed to probe MM's mind without him knowing, and shut down a White Martian. And many other feats you can find in the Aquaman respect thread.

Yeah but can Super Skrull be mind-controlled? Does his shape-shifting powers make it harder for someone to mind control him? I dont know, just throwin this out there.

IIRC, the skrulls do normally don't have any defenses against telepathy. But Super-Skrull is one of their top warriors and some of their warriors have been able to shield themselves from telepaths on the X-men team before. But without the telepathy Aquaman still wins, he has resistance to fire, and is still stronger. SS would still though have the power of invisibilty lus force fields. This would be close. Im gonna still side with Arthur for now though. That hand is just bad assed
