Dr. Doom vs. Batman

Doom's not overated. But he is the kinda guy to lose to a guy like Batman usually because of arrogance.

Batman is a master of psychology and would figure out Doom's all too obvious mental flaws. Doom, although brilliant, is far too preoccupied with his own designs and would never be able to see outside of them.

Doom would prepare for Batman's prep time anyway. And if Batman prepared for Doom's prep of Batman's prep, Doom would just prepare for that.

Doom. Doom has intelligence beyond that of any one else on earth. Batman's technology isnt even an advantage to the engineering skills of Dr Doom. Batman has absolutely no super powers. Batman is not a match to Doom.
