I have many of them and in one of them he goes up against Destiny, one of the highest cosmics in DC. Several times during the comic he gets frozen in time by Destiny.
So if someone controls reality itself, he doesn't usually fare well against them.

He's flown to the edge of the universe in seconds.
He's blown suns out with his breath.
And yes, he has sneezed and destroyed a solar system.
Celestials have trouble with Galactus and Franklin Richards.
So, because Exitar is not faster or even as durable as PC Superman.
