That's what I'm thinking as well.
If Superman initiates a relentless beatdown on Thor before he's able to mount much of an attack, then Thor loses pretty hard. I still think Thor would be able to get in a lightning strike or two though.
If hulk was fighting alone i would agree that he had no chance but him fighting together with thor gives him a nice advantage. Thor vs supes would be a close encounter which i believe thor would win. But i think tha t if thor is using lightning to weaken supes continuosly hulk would certainly be able to get a few shots in and together with thor they would take him down no doubt
