If in comic book universe i'd want Thor's powers, since they're stronger, but in reality, Superman's powers since Superman's powers are more versatile and fun and I'm not going to have to battle anyone. Either of their power levels is enough to contend with anything in real life (when will I need a godwave?) but you can do more things with Superman's powers, although not as powerful things
