Why not? The X-Men are all about giving people another chance. Remember that in the comics, Rogue was originally a member of the Brotherhood, but they still took her in. They also took in Senator Kelly in X-Men regardless of the fact that he was a major enemy to their cause.

and in the X3 novel doesn't Bobby carry him to the xjet?

Dunno. Pyro is generally referred to as a member of the Brotherhood, so I don't think he'd be an X-man anymore. Plus, it just doesn't suit his character.

I LOVE PYRO!!!!!!! He's handsome, and he's soo cool, er... hot!!! I really like his 'bad boy/rebellious' image. It really turns me on!!!! 😱

i find it amusing and convenient that they didn't have Pyro standing guard in front of Jean's house when Xavier and the Xmen go there to find Magneto and his team already there...

I know he fights them in the last scene but only directly with Bobby. IN this scene at Jean's house, that would've been an awkward fight. Student against former teachers. Probably planned it so wont' have to exchange too many words.

Oh yeah, I didn't realize that. I was kinda looking for him at first, but my attention was quickly shifted when Jean became out of control.

Mystique wasn't there either, right?

Mystique had been cured and dumped by that point.

I'm really lost right now. I think X-Men 2 and X-Men 3 just fused in my mind. Haha! Anyway, thanks! I get it now.
