no it's always like that. talking and charging up, scene that can't be any slower
that's why it takes 3 episodes to run the plot of 1 episode。the manga isn't that bad but still dragged way too long

I was thinking Travis Charest, but Olivier Coipel would work. Walt Simonson said he'd give Orion a small majority over Thor when he wrote his run on Orion. Things could change, though.
