Tuskens win, Chewie's god but not this good, they'd charge him and he'd shoot at them and kill a few but eventually they'd get to him and a wack to the head with a Gaffi stick would hurt even a Wookiee. Unless one of them got Chewie with a Slugthrower rifle first...

Chewbacca could potentially flank around the Tusken Camp and slowly take out the Tuskens one by one while seeking cover. However, if Chewbacca decided to run into the open or run at them bare-handed, he could take the majority of them out, but they'd probably wound or kill him, maybe capture him. I'm not sure based on Sand People behavior.

Still, Tusken Raiders aren't Wookiees. They're not combat specialists, they're nomads that only fight to live, or get revenge on whoever stole their banthas.

Wookiees, however, seem to be walking towers of ass-kick.
