Apart from spawning unlimited ships, what does the Star Forge do?

I want to know what the Star Forge does, apart from spawning unlimited ships, and storing the force in Jedi's

It does give the user more power...

Oh and it destroys people that are to weak to control it, when they try to...

Looks menacing
Harvests a source of energy that is otherwise un-harvestable
Looks like it's gonna kick ass
fails to kick ass
Gets blown up
The end

Feeds of dark energy.

What else do you want it to do? It gives you unlimited ships! That's amazing.

Yeah, Malak really overrated it. The ships are that matter.

Malak's IQ must be around 80 or so. 😛

Well it isn't a weapon of mass destruction like the death star. It wont fire blasts that will destroy planets or anything like that HOWEVER it empowers any Jedi/Sith powerful enough to control it with the darkside increasing their combat abilities or w/e.

spawning ships , give more power,looks cool feeds offf energy of a planet is brutally looking , easy to destroy.

And the only way to use it is to get the rakata to open the flippping door.
