Well, th Superman Secret File that came out like 3 or 4 months ago, listed BOTH of them as his origin.

Superboy has basically directed/redirected the entire course of history as he beat against the wall of the universe. Pre and post crisis, according to new Crisis: Secret Files and Origins. It also declares him as more powerful than the Anti-Monitor.

It would be SO refreshing to have them totally get away from a superman theme and the DC universe for the course of events.

No origin changes really, just showed us what transpired that caused the Crisis. Namely, Lex and Superboy wanting their universes back. Great read.
