Gladiator is no where near Slade level. Hes more of a wrestler brawler type. His fighting skills are barely subpar.

If he can dodge the spring blades then he has a chance, still not saying he beats Slade just that he is not beaten as though it were Daredevil v Thanos. Daredevil has better hypersenses than Slade and a damn good weapon
