well, for a start Guardian can't physically harm Mr F:

and his bodies physiology is so strange that i doubt the EM emission would affect him as it does normal humans
plus he can exert significant physical force when he needs to...... and he'll probably use his scanners (that he has in his suit) to find weaknesses and exploit them
