My diet is working so far. 🙂 I'm going to bed at night only only a tiny bit hungry, I probably need to add a bit more calories to my daily intake to get rid of that hunger but without over eating.

I dont eat a lot as is... if anything Im not eating enough. Plus Im already drinking 8 glasses of water. If I drank more, Id drown.
