No I understand, Cat's are kindof an important thing to me as well. I am currently in a SOMEWHAT similar situation. I REALLY love my cat, Ozymandias, but I really just can't keep him right now. A couple of months ago I was kicked out of my apartment (I lost about half of my stuff in that move, so I'm feeling your having to leave things behind, too) so I had someone taking care of my him for me, then that person called and said "Hey you need to take him back". Well where I was I just COULDN'T take him back. So I had him go over to another friends house. Now I'm about to move in with my dad and I can't take the cat there. So now I need to make a decision.. I don't think I can keep him because I hate stringing him along from house to house... it's just not fair to the poor guy.

Oh, poor lil' cat. Do you think your friend wouldn't mind keeping him a bit longer? Or do you need to actually find a new place for him?

Well, I'm coming back to her house to get my things, and I was planning on getting my cat Hector. Well, it wasn't until about a week ago, she said she wanted to keep my cat, and we had a conflict about it. She just called me 2 minutes ago, and told me it was okay if I got the cat. I don't want her to be sad or alone, yet I do want my cat.

I just know I'm going to feel so guilty if I take him, but if I don't take him, I know I'll blame myself anyways......

I don't know what to do, I know it's not a big deal, but it's killing me.

Yeah, that's definitely a possibility, but I don't know if it'll be harder for her to start over. The new cat might be the opposite of the cat she loves right now. I dunno... I just don't want to hurt her.

Yeah, there actually is a new cat in the whole thing........

I just don't know the complete situation yet. I'm sure I'll have it all solved, whether I like it or not by next week, that's when I'm going back to my old house.
