Alright, I'll explain it the best I can.
You lay down on the floor in front of a couch, and put your hands underneath the couch, with your back on the ground, laying flat out, so your head is almost touching the couch. You point out your toes with your legs together, and you slowly raise your legs up, up, up, till you can lift your back up kind of too, so you are almost vertical. Then you just slowly lower your legs back down.
kinda hard to explain............ I could find you the video I got it from if you wish. I'm not the biggest genius with physical fitness.mmm

I'd suggest not doing that, it can be bad for your back.
A better ab workout is this -- instead of raising your legs while they're straight, raise them bent, like, curl your legs and bring them to your chest, then straighten them out so that they're pointing straight up and lower them slowly and repeat.

Oh man, doesn't the character in American Psycho do that latter workout?
That's pretty brutal.

Does he? I don't know. It's not that hard, really. It's no more difficult than the one you were talking about. The only difference is it's not bad for your back.
I think he does a variation of it. And he gets really into it. I've tried it before, makes me feel like a noodle. So outta shape.

Doesn't he do the sit-ups where you raise your knees up?
The one I'm talking about is different, you lay flat on your back, don't sit up at all.

Well, that's what I mean, he did the raise up the knees or whatever thing, but he also was sitting up at the same time-

Yeah.
You should try them instead of the ones where you keep your legs straight.
This is all only after you give me head, of course.
