I just woke up.

You should sleep.

I broke my computer.

😂

My finger hurts.

I'm tired...

I keep waking up really early (for me anyways)
Even if I go to bed really late, and I don't know why. mmm

I'm the opposite, I went to bed by 12:30 last night.

I woke up at 12 this afternoon. mhmm

And then I try to go back to bed and can't. mmm

I saw an interesting sportscenter last night.

Well I am changing my diet, so maybe that has something to do with it. mmm

Changing it to what?

Changing it to what?

Basically just eating healthier. Giving up pop for good, only eating fast food once a week or not at all. Stuff like that.

I'm just wondering if maybe giving up all the sugars/caffeine is causing something since my body was so used to it. mmm

The caffeine definitely, though you should incorporate some caffeine into a healthy diet. It can be good for your body if it comes from the right sources. shrug

Edumacate me pweez. cryoh

I sing like a bear with a soar throat

Well for example if you drink coffee in moderate intakes it's quite beneficial. Caffeine acts as a fat burner and stimulant. Athletes take it before strenuous workouts. It also helps you think, stimulates brain activity and such. Mind you moderate doses are key to the point where your body does not depend on it. Because then it acts as a jolt every time you consume it stimulating all these functions. 🙂
