About Me:
I use to do 1000 setups a day 3x a week, now only 50 a day.
I run 5miles 3x a day
I been training kickboxing since i was 12 and boxing since i was 16.
I been going to gym since 16.
If I don't workout i get really down with myself.
I don't like fat people.
I try to Keep my body fat percentage below 10% all year round.
I love fighting, i love the feeling of pain.
I only watch 3 to 5 hours of tv a week.
I'm a homophobic.
I sleep an average 5-7 hours a day.
I've not eaten any chocolate bar and crisps for nearly 2 years.
I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke and don't do drugs except supplement pills(Multivitamins, fatty acids- omega 3/4/5 and carb craving)
I hate rap music
I love Eurodance, Italo Disco, Vocal Trance and Classic rock music
I'm also a quailified Fitness Instrutor and soon will be a personal trainer.
